ZY6014B IEC 60332-1 Flame propagation test for a single wire or cable

1. Application 
This device is used to test fireproof ability  for single cable in various industries(eg: elevator, vessel, mine etc.) under flaming condition.

3. Main parameters: 
3.1Burner: It’s made of refined copper. Power: 1KW   Height of blue flame core: 50-60mm, overall height of flame: 170-190mm.

3.2    Fuel: 95% propone or liquefied petroleum gas.

3.3    Gas flow scope: coal gas 100-1000Ml/min

3.4    Air flow scope: 0-0.75 kpa

3.5    Air flux meter :1 sheet of air flux meter 10L/min 

3.6    Pressure gage: 600  ±25mm

3.7    Cable sample external diameter: 1-30mm

3.8    The testing will be proceeded under the condition of airless 

3.9    Ignition : high pressure automatic ignition

3.10    Flame supply time: 0.1-999.9S consecutive setting , The cable sample will continuously burn within a set period of time. Continuously.
