Himalayan Salt / Pink Salt

Himalayan salt is also known by the name of rock salt and halite mainly extracted from Punjab (Pakistan) mined in the Khewra Salt Mine. Occasionally the salt occurs in little reddish (or pink) color with presence of off-white to transparent color crystals.

Himalayan crystal salt is far superior to traditional iodized salt. Himalayan salt is millions of years old and pure, untouched by many of the toxins and pollutants that pervade other forms of ocean salt.
