PP is a kind of raw material which is widely used in industrial application. It’s high-crystallize polymers with good features of pure texture,non-toxic,odorless,tasteless,food contact.It’s advantages are good heat resistance,cheap,food contact etc. Widely used in toys, tableware, medical instrument, maternal and infant supplies,packing containers,car accessories etc. But PP is high crystallization and nonpolar polymers,it has large shrinkage rate and poor adhesive problem as well.

PE is a kind of material which is similar to PP. It’s eco-friendly and non-toxic.

We use PP as basic material and adding PE to make PP-PE filament. In this way we successfully solve the PP’s problem such as large shrinkage rate and poor adhesive. PP-PE filament suits to main stream FDM 3d printer. It’s printings are with smooth surface, stable size, 100 C temperature resistance, can be food contact, can be used in industrial components and parts.
