HFC134a can be used as refrigerant in automotive air-conditioner, refrigerator, central air-conditioner and commercial refrigeration, and aerosol propellant, fire retardant and foaming agent in pharmaceutical, pesticide, cosmetics and cleaning.
As aerosol propellant,pharma grade HFC134a can be used for the treatment of asthma, COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) prevention and treatment of asthma & respiratory infections aerosol; for the treatment of allergic rhinitis nasal aerosol foam aerosols; oral and topical aerosol (eg: to promote nerve sensitivity, and enhance the vitality of tooth pain relief) etc.
