Physical and chemical properties:
Under normal temperature and pressure,the produst is a coloress gas,can be compressed into colorless liquid with a scent of aweetish flavor.It melting point is -97.7℃,its boiling point is -23.7℃,flash point is below -40℃.Its relative density is 0.996g/cm³ at 20℃.It is slightly soluble in water and easily dissolved in chloroform,aether,ethanol and acetone,it has no causticity.
Application:
It can be used as raw material for agrochemical,pharmaceutical,organic silicon and synthetic rubber sectors,it is important methylator for organic synthesis.
Storage&Transportation:
The product is packed in LPG cylinder,tank cars.It is to be kept in dry and well-ventilated place,away from sunlight and raining.Transportation should comply with the regulations of railway and road transportation of China concerning hazardous cargo.
