Screw Pump

Screw pump is a kind of universal pump. The main parts are screw shaft (rotor) and shaft-bushing (stator). Because of the special geometry shape of the two parts, they form pressurize capacity separately. The waste fluids flow along with the shaft, inner flow speed is low and keep capacity and pressure steady, so it will never generate vortex and agitating. The working speed can be fast and slow, excepting equipped with decanter centrifuge, it is also the drilling waste management’s booster pump. The discharge port pressure can be increased with the pump grade. When pump increase one grade, the pressure increase 0.6 Mpa, so screw pump has widely using scope.
