Aluminum honeycomb panel is new building and decoration material which was originally  used in aviation. It is made from high quality aluminum alloy with thickness of 0.5~1.5mm. The surface finish is fluoride carbon coating or color painting. It has advantages of preventing the panel from being scratched, discolored and corroded by acid rain comparing with PVDF panels. The core is hexagon aluminum (3003) honeycomb with thickness of 0.04-0.06mm and length of side 5-6mm. The production technology of roll-in mould shaping and automatic edge folding makes the panels are seamless when they are installed.

2). Core cell foil thickness:0.03-0.08mm .  AA3003  or  AA5052;

5)Maximum Length: 6000mm (without any stiffen system), 12000mm (with stiffen system)

 6) Surface Coating: PVDF, Polyester coating, Stone, tile, Fiberglass, Laminate Wood, Glass, Stainless Steel  (Other Materials can be used by our test)

 7) Color:silver, bright silver, ivory, pearl white, metallic grey, stone pattern, etc.. (Other special colors are also available upon request)
