The cap heat transfer machine is portable and smart. It will leave a perfect and clear picture on the caps. Spiral pressure design allows random pressure adjustment while working. A special fixing device allows the cap to be repaired and ensures the accuracy of the printer.

Usage :
a.Take a digital photo 
b.Print it out on sublimation paper with sublimation ink in your printer 
c.Cut the paper image out
d.Wrap the image facing in the sublimation coated plate
e.Place the plate on working table
f.Set temperature to normally 180 -200 degree.

( Depends on different material ,Ceramic or plastic or Glass, or Aluminum ) 
g.Set the desired time (varies from 45 sec. to 2 minutes. Longer time leads to darker impression) 
h.Take the blank product out when timer buzz 
i.Your customized sublimation blank product is done and printed with logo you want .

Heat Platen Test:
Each Single Copper sheathed heating rod is tested before it is cast in an aluminum alloy or Mica Sheet. These heating rods are comparable to those found in industrial ovens that heat up quickly, work efficiently and last many years.

Finished Machine Test:
1) Turn on the machine, let it heating up to 200 degree Celsius.
2) Keep the temperature stay at 200 degree Celsius for at least half an hour.
