1. Material: 60Si2Mn as the lowest standard, normally SUP9 applied in 20mm-25mm thickness product, 50CrVA or 51VrV4 material applied in 25mm thickness above product, or as customer's requirements. We have obtained the ISO / TS16949 certificate

3. Adopt high voltage electrostatic spray painting, excellent corrosion, acid mist and water resistance, fine appearance.

4. Implement total digital control during producing, adopt internal hot air loop furnace, and new technology of medium-low temperature furnace.

5. Yuancheng leaf spring uses bimetallic bush, which has long lifetime, good wear intensity and anti-rust performance.

Capacity 

The company currently has 14 production lines of leaf spring, reaching an annual production capacity of 30,000 sets of 200,000 tons of high-end leaf spring. With the possession of class production equipment and various types of inspection equipment, we are able to produce various types of leaf spring up to more than 7,000 sizes, including micro, light, medium, heavy type and multiple-plate equal cross-section spring, few-plate tapered leaf spring and stiffness-gradient leaf spring, furthest meeting the different requirements from domestic and abroad customers .
