Introductions:

1.    The features of diffirent standards stainless steel materials:

301 �C It��s ductility, weldability, abrasion resistance is not so good than 304 stainless steel. And Corrosion resistant ability is weak, But the price is competative.

304 - this kind of steel has austenite and ferrite stainless steel characteristics, compared with ferrite, plasticity, the toughness is more higher, And it has no room temperature brittleness, this one is popular and adopted by customer.

316 - following the 304, the second most widely used of steel,  It has good resistance agaist chloride, corrosion resistance is very stronger, but the price would be more expensive.

2.Methods:

The first way is Soldering the cross bar to the flat bearing bar by high pressure resistance machine automaticly, another way is made by hand.  What is the difference between the two way ?  The apperance would be more better which the product is soldered by machine.  And if it made by hand, it would increase the strength, and the goods wold be more firmly, but the apperance would not so beautiful than it��s made by machine.
