Description: 

   It is used for preparing the high quality stencils for half tone jobs and highly dense line stencils. 

Features:

Ø  The automatic UVB series exposure machine is very easy and convenient to operate that the cycle of vacuuming, exposing and air exhausting are automatically completed with one single control.  All parameters are monitored with a programmable micro-computer, stored upto 20 sets of programmes, easily retrievable.

Ø  Even light distribution, constant light power control, stable wavelength , high power vacuum force and long service life of the lamp are the unique features of the UVB.

Ø  The reflector angle is computer-aid designed for the best light distribution.  The reflector panel are the high quality material imported from Germany.

Ø  Light integrator is employed for exposing control as it measures the actual light intensity enacting against the emulsion on the screen, not the usual timer control.  It eliminates the ill-effect due to the unstable electricity supply, aging lamps etc.

Ø  3KW or 5KW lamp(Japan) and high power oil-free, low noise vacuum pump(U.S.A.)  are employed.The vacuuming force can be as low as -600 mmHg.  Special Fabric finish vacuum blanket from America is used for holding the screen firmly intact with the glass pane.
