A.Component

The cement silo is assembled by the below components: silo body, ladders,guardrail,charging pipe, dust collector,pressure sage valve,hi-low metering, discharging valve.

B.Structure

The cement silo is the cylindrical structure,four round legs support the bottom of the silo,the whole cement silo is the steel structure formed by welding, the dust collector and pressure safe valve is installed on top silo.

C. Working theory　
　
1.When silo working, it must be erected by the crane,and put it on the concrete foundation prepared, to keep the erected silo vertical with ground,and at last fix the silo bottom together with precast parts.
2. After the cement silo fixed and the bulk cement is transported to the work site, to connect the transit hose of the cement truck to charging pipe of the cement silo,the bulk cement can be feed to the cement silo by the pneumatic pressure inner the truck.
3.During the cement is in transported, the operator must continuously press the motor button of the dust collector and shake down the cement attached on the bag,to prevent the bag blocked and cement silo with too much pressure to break.
4.one time the bag blocked, the pressure inner the silo is surpass the safe pressure of the pressure safe valve on silo top,the pressure safe valve will open and release inner silo, to prevent the accident of silo break.
5.Through Hi-low metering, it can be observed that the silo is full or the cement is lack.
6.when the cement need to be released, firstly to open the manual discharge valve at the bottom of the silo cone, the cement should carried out by the cement transport equipment. During releasing the materials, if the cement attach on the anchor breaker,need to press the button of the Solenoid valve on the anchor breaker timely to blow air and to eliminate the attached cement to feed the cement to keep cement charging fluently.
7.when the cement transport equipment have fault, firstly to close the manual discharge valve on cone bottom, to prevent the cement flow out and bring the waste.
