Advantages

The power consumption is 0.04kwh/Nm³ in working condition, it can save about 40% electric energy to compare with the traditional same discharge mechanical compressor.

1.2  Environmental protection

The compressor unit almost has no leak in working condition, you can start & stop at any time without emptying. The leakage rate of compressor unit tested by national authoritative department is only 0.03%, it can save about 50,000m³ CNG gas consumption to compare with the traditional same discharge mechanical compress every year.

The flow is simple, leaving out waste gas recovery system. The compressor unit uses modular design and customers can choose different configurations as per their needs. What’s more, customers can save the cost to build CNG gas station.

1.4  Easy maintenance

Vertical structure main engine can make in-site maintenance come true. It only takes 2 hours to maintain and replace quick-wear parts, and the cost is very low.

1.6  Original creation bi-gas-unloading technology

As picture 1 shows, firstly, unloading CNG from tank car 1, the gas displacement will be lesser when the CNG pressure of tank car 1 is low, which will not meet demands of CNG during rush hours. Then, connect tank car 2, open ball valve 3, provide CNG gas to dispenser directly to solve the problem of insufficient of compressor gas displacement, close ball valve 2 when CNG gas of tank car 1 is finally unloaded. Meanwhile, open ball vale 4, close ball valve 1, the compressor will get CNG gas of tank car 2, then remove tank car 1, and so on.

Above procedure solves the problem of compressor low gas displacement when tank car pressure is low, which ensures gas filling station can sell CNG gas in normal full load at any time.
