Hi-temp feature

After full charge, put the battery in a hot box (60±2) ℃ for 24hrs before a complete discharge at 1C5A for no longer than 45min,to get required discharge capacity with thickness ≤3%.

Lo-temp feature

After full charge, store it in lo-temp boxes (-20±2) ℃ for 16-24 hrs. discharge at 0.2C5A completely for no less than 3hrsto get ideal discharge capacity. No deform or cracking on the package

Constant wet/heat feature

After full charge, store it at (40±2) ℃ with 90%-95% moisture for 48 hrs and then place it at 20℃±5℃ for 2hrs to check its exterior view. Discharge at 1C5A completely for no less than 36min to get ideal discharge capacity and no deforming or cracking on the package.

Vibration test

After full charge, fix the battery on the platform to receive vibration in three directions  under the frequency of (10-55)Hz ,with amplitude of 0.35mm.Each of the X、Y、Z directions has 10times at the speed of 10ct/min. Make sure that no obvious exterior damage to the exterior view, no leakage or smoke or explosion happens and the voltage remains ≥3.2V.

VIBattery package, storage and transport

1、Put the batteries in the package box in the right direction and place the boxes in orderly layers;

2、Leave the barcoded side upward while keeping the batteries inboxes;

3、keep the batteries tight and in good order;

4、Battery storage should avoid moisture, sun exposure or hi-temperature;

5、Recharge after 6 months during storage to avoid over discharge;

6、Battery box pile should not exceed 8 layers to avoid crushing;

7、Place the battery boxes in the right order as instructed;

8、Handle and transport batteries with care to avoid dirt and damage;

9、Battery transport must avoid bumping and vibration on the road;

10、transport tools must have protection devices to avoid rain or sunlight.

  • Charge and discharge in the specified way;
  • Do not short circuit the two exterior poles;
  • Keep the battery dry;
  • Do not heat the battery or put it in fire;
  • Do not keep, use , charge or discharge it at 60℃;
  • Do not crush or drop it from height;
  • No dismantle or modification;
  • Storage at low temperature;
  • Do not put it on microwave or close to hi-Voltage utensils;
  • After over discharge, charge at low circuit to obtain voltage;
  • Do not use batteries that deform, discolour, heat or smell;

Recharge after 6 months during storage to avoid
