A: Yes, this is acceptable but each model need meet our MOQ.

Q7: How can I get the after-service?

A: we will send FOC spare parts together with the order; 

  If the problem caused by us, we will send spare parts free of charge ;

  If the problem caused by your side, we will send spare parts on your cost;

Q8: Can I visit your factory?

Our factory is in Eastern Area, Economic Development Zone, Shengzhou City, Zhejiang Provice, China. 

If you come by air, we can pick you up from Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport / Ningbo Airport.
