To guarantee the products meet your specification for your products are finished packing more than 80% before inspection. If it is not ready for 80%, then we will perform it as a PPC instead, or make a missing report as your requested. However, you may specify when booking online if you want 100% of the products to be ready for this inspection.
We usually perform the random sampling inspection in accordance with AQL level II, as acceptable Critical Defects-0; Major Defects-2.5; Minor Defects-4.0, or as your requirements.
