SATECON SMP planetary mixer provides a better mixing solution with efficient homogenization in a minimum time. The application covers concrete, glass materials, refractory materials, friction materials and chemical materials. The out-capacity ranges from 50L to 4500L. Mixing principle: SATECON planetary mixer is a high efficiency mixing equipment.The robust mixing tools cover the whole mixing trough with no missing spot and therefor the mixing result is homogeneous.The perfect homogeneous mixture is realized by the revolution and rotation of the mixing tools. The mixing shafts are driven by planet carrier in revolution.The mixing blades in rotation rotate on different axes. The composite motion of the mixing tools make sure the mixing completely and efficiently. Besides,there are two scrapers in the mixer(one for wall and one for bottom) to prevent the material from depositing and improve the mixing effect.
