Can improve the dispersity of the filler and rubber chemicals in rubber compound, especially suitable for rubber material containing high active white carbon black.Improve the mold filling characteristics and mooney scorch of extrusion products, improve the moisture-resistant property of tire surface.It can delayed coke burning, promote vulcanization, improve the quality, reduce production cost.

Scope of application

Rubber white carbon black dispersing agent LTS-22W can be used in tire tread compound and other molded products, used as dispersing agent of inorganic filler such as white carbon black.

Use

1,Use at the beginning of the mixing cycle together with the filler. It has no influence on the use of silane coupling agent.
