Products Characters: 
1. Continuous automatic production line can increase production capacity and reduce the rejected products.
2. Mold using water heating, guaranteed the stable temperature of the mold.
3. The whole equipment adopts PLC programming, automatic to control the injection, opening and closing of the molds, the equipment head using automatic cleaning.
4. production capacity:  A.single side production line is equiped with 25pcs molds, each molds can produce 48pcs of ear plugs each time, each hour can produce around 4500pairs ear plugs;
                                    B. double side production line is equiped with 50pcs molds, each molds can produce 48pcs of ear plugs each time, each hour can produce around 9000pairs ear plugs.
