The device is 3-roller arc- profile bending machine, with the pre-bending function. It is mainly made up of bed part, side roller, support roller, transmission, electrical components and hydraulic systems, mold and so on.

The three rollers are main drive roller, through the motor, reducer, gear to carry out .The two hydraulic lifts under the roller transmission, do an arc around a fixed rotation center rise sport. Both sides of roll equipped with roller guide and correct the roller device are good for ensuring the non-symmetrical cross-section (eg, angle) and the rolling quality of profile.

The support roller and the correct roller have two sports: (1) do rise and fall sports, (2) do rotation sport.
