The machine is R&D by KINGSUNourselves and get a Patent in China.  Itis constituted by hydraulic pressure system, vibrate system, vacuum system andbelt transportation system. After rough slabs (which was distributed by hand)was passed into the machine, it will make the slabs automaticly: materialin→vacuumizing→forcing→vibration→ pressure discharge→slabs out.

2、Vacuum room of themachine is the smallest in the quartz shaping machine, which shortens the timeto vacuumize efficiently (about  30s for -0.1MP), the productivity is greatlyimproved.   
3、According to thedifference in the thickness of plates, the vibrating time can be setfreely,generally 1.5-3 minutes is enough.
