High efficiency low stress condensation horizontal combustion gas (oil) boiler has made a great breakthrough. By means of modern design, this kind of boilers developed the new products which adopts the new structure with boiler prope having two returns, arched tube plate, low stress and with separate condensing threaded pipe tube which is the upgrading technology and innovation of products. This kind of boilers takes place the traditional horizontal combustion gas(oil) boiler which has 3 returns, flat tube sheet with dummy bracing tubes.

The double return stroke of the flue gas in the pot shell of the furnace (the first return - furnace liner; the second return - threaded flue pipe), the arched tube plate and the back plate. Arched tube plate and arched back plate working together can cancel the connecting piece, increase the maintenance space in the shell, reduce the amount of welding process and reduce the thermal stress of the welded pipe (due to the change of the rigid structure to the quasi elastic structure).

Horizontal condensation tube thread smoke - exhaust gas temperature is 100 ℃, the water vapor in the flue gas which flows inside the inner wall of smoke pipe condensates, making flue gas heat transfer efficiency increase, reduce the heating surface. In addition, by means of recycling part of gasification latent heat, the heat efficiency is increased to 95% under the condition that the steel consumption is not increased.

High efficiency low stress horizontal combustion gas(oil) boiler owns the following features :

1、High efficiency

The boiler body uses high heat transfer threaded pipe and is equipped with smoke and steam energy collecting threaded pipe. This structure classification is scientific, which can use the delayed heat reasonably and make the boiler always operate in high efficiency. The rated load thermal efficiency reaches 95% . The thermal efficiency can reach 96-97%, while the traditional triple-pass boiler’s thermal efficiency is about 90%.

2、Low stress

The boiler proper adopts arched tube plate, offset furnace, track type reversal chamber and works with threaded pipe and waveform furnace. This kind of finite element design，which changes the traditional structure of high stress with high rigidity into new structure of low stress with quasi elastic, increases the safe reliability of the boiler and increase the boiler’s service life and spares larger room for internal inspection and repairing.

Simple structure increases the internal space and simplifies the boiler’s manufacturing techniques, which makes inspection and repairing more easily.

4、Return water cooling high temperature tube plate increases the reliability

The hot water boiler adopts return water to cool high temperature tube plate, which betters the operation state, and increases the reliability of high temperature tube plate.

5、Horizontal flow and separation of steam and water make steam humidity

Steam boilers adopt the mode of horizontal flow and separation of steam and water, which simplifies the separating device of water and steam and can get low humidity and high quality steam.( The humidity is smaller than 1%, while the standard is no larger than 4%.)
