1. The centrifugal slicing device can slice hard vegetables like potato, carrot, lotus root, etc. The slicing thickness can be adjusted.
2. The conveyor belt sends the slice to the vertical cutter.
3. With different cutters, the vertical cutter of the vegetable cutting machine can cut the slice or soft vegetables like long bean, garlic chives and celery into shred, section, cube, dice, diamond, crinkle, etc. The cutting size can be adjusted through the adjustable eccentric screw. Operation Instruction
1. Lubricate the gear and chain wheel of the slicer machine every shift. Change the calcium base grease in the bearing every three months.
2. Foreign matter should not be mixed in the vegetables so that to avoid damaging the cutter.
3. The switch, motor and power line should not be broken to avoid moisture and water infiltration. To ensure safety, please connect the ground wire where the earthed sign is.
4. If there is any abnormal sound during operation, stop the shredder machine and check instantly. Use only when the failure has been eliminated.
5. Maintenance of the vegetable cutter machine should be done only when the power is off.
6. Check if the V-belt is loose when the operation slows. Tighten properly before use again.
