1.Introduction 

      Thermoplastic Urethane(TPU) Fine Mesh Screen is a new environmental protective screen developed by Beijing HOT Mining Technology Co., Ltd. It’s a significate contribution to the science of particle separations. By the usage of advanced precision mold manufacturing technology in the world and unique advanced process manufacturing. And has obtained a utility model patent certificate. 

      Thermoplastic Urethane (TPU) Fine Mesh Screen has excellent physical properties. It has both the toughness of CPU screen and the rigidity of the stainless steel screen, can ensure the size of the screen openings keeping the same while working, and maximize the stability of the particle size under the screen. Not easy to pl ing the mesh. At the same time, using of advanced precision mold manufacturing technology, the TP screen has more open area and maximizing the separation efficiency.

      Thermoplastic Urethane(TPU) Fine Mesh Screen is beautiful, it can be made in any color. It is lightweight, easy to install, and has lower noise, reducing greatly the work intensity and improve the working environment.

      Thermoplastic Urethane(TPU) Fine Mesh Screen has good carrying capacity, impact resistance and shock absorbing.  Excellent cold resistance: TPU glass transition temperature is relatively low, and it can keep the good elasticity, flexibility and other physical properties at minus 35 degrees. Good wear and corrosion resistance, acid, alkali, oil, dirt and water resistance, aging& oxidation resistance. Anti-mildew& antibacterial. Because of the reasons above, our Thermoplastic Urethane(TPU) Fine Mesh Screen has long life, can be used for over six months, almost be 2-5 times of the stainless steel screen.

        R-A type(with the mounting hooks in the both sides of 700mm), Two kinds of length series(mm):

         A: The basic length is 1045, and can be longer with each 100, such as: 1145, 1245, 1345… 

         B: The  basic  length  is  1110(1120),  and  can  be  longer  with  each  100,  such  as:  1210(1220),  1310(1320),1410(1420)…

The screen size can be such as: 700*1045, 700*1145, 700*1245…1028*1045、1028*1145、1028*1245…

        B:The width is 1200mm, the mounting hooks in the both sides of 1200mm., The basic length is 700mm and can be longer with each 328, such as: 1028, 1356, 168…
