What is self-adhesive smart PDLC film?

Self-adhesive smart PDLC film as known as switchable film, PDLC film, electrochromic film. which is a LCD product, based on the PDLC technology, and two layer soft ITO film as electrodes,  its transparency can be adjusted with AC power, and the film can be made into two kinds of film,  one is self adhesive film, which can be stick to the existed glass directly, and the other is non self  which is usually used as an interlayer between two glass panels, and then processed into smart glass.
