Usage
Applied to various core wire of communication cables, data cables, coaxial cables and audio/ video cables extrusion such as HDMI，DP，IEEE1394，CAT5E, DVI, CATV, ATA, RG, SYWV, JIS series of physical foaming production or solid extrusion. To achieve double layer or triple layer co-extruded extrusion.

Characteristics

1. Adopted imported inverter+ PLC touch screen control+ professional data control software. Equipped industrial computer control and storage display. Modifying technological parameters timely and adjusting the state of production during the whole process.
2. Using cheap resources nitrogen as foaming medium(Imported high-pressure nitrogen system:78%, Imported low-pressure nitrogen system:70%).
3. The outer diameter and capacitance detection device can be selected to control to the outer diameter of the product, foaming degree and eccentricity parameter etc.
4. Professional crosshead for physical foaming is equipped.
5. There are three production state to be selected: skin – foam extrusion, skin -foam-skin extrusion and foam-skin extrusion.
