 About pp corrugated plastic sheet:

PP corrugated sheet (also call pp hollow sheet ,pp twin-wall sheet ) is made from Polypropylene (PP) block copolymer, it is an extruded hollow profile sheet consisting of two flat walls connected by vertical ribs. PP Corrugated Sheet is absolutely harmless and smelless, and moisture resistance & anticorrosion. Its special and great properties such as strong, lightweight, various colors, etc. Could prove that it is suitable in the uses of packaging, printing ,advertising, construction and agriculture. Plus, it's price is charmer, and that will save a lot of cost for you.

 

PP looks like PE, but PP is more transparent, lighter. PP own low water absorption, low gas permeability. PP has good mechanical properties, the tensile strength and yielding strength are better than PE, PS and ABS. PP resists stress cracking and easy to weld, but low notched impact strength, the finished parts shall avoid sharp corners and notches. The temperature ranges between +5°C and 100°C.

THICKNESS
Our pp corrugated sheets can be produced in a thickness between 2mm to 10 mm. We can advise you on what thickness to choose depending on the purpose of use.

WEIGHT
The weight of pp corrugated sheets is expressed in GSM (grams per square meter). The higher you choose your GSM, the stronger and stiffer the material will be. Normally ,2mm GSM is 350g ,and 3mm is 500g ,4mm is 700g ,5mm is 800g.

 

SIZE
Pp corrugated sheets are available in any requested size. The length can be as long as required(normally not over 5m); the width is limited to 165 cm.

COLOR

Our customers can choose any color for the sheets or artwork. Just ask us what you need, and we can provide you with a sample.

VIRGIN AND RECYCLED POLYPROPYLENE
We can use 100% virgin polypropylene to produce your sheets. Another option is to let us recycle up to 15% of our internally regenerated polypropylene.

 

FIRE-RETARDANT SHEETS
A fire-retardant version of pp corrugated sheets is available. Please let us know the fire rating you require, and we are happy to produce them for you.

About pp corrugated plastic recycle bin,plasrtic container,turnover box :

It can be altered by an adding anti-static, conductive masterbatch, producing a conductive, anti-static plastic hollow board sheet. The anti-static sheet surface resistivity can be controlled between 106~ 109. Conductive plate surface resistivity can be controlled between103~105.

 

 

 

Application of PP corrugated Sheets:

1. Packing: the toughness and hollow Sheet can easily be bent and cut, it can be designed as all kinds of transportation box, mailbox, display rack, partition, gift boxes, food packing etc.

2. Advertising: sign board, shopwindow displays, pop-up displays, exhibition boards, picture frame backing, digital printing and screen-printing.

3. Decoration: partitions, wall cladding, indoor or outdoor decoration, air conditioning ducts, windows and false ceilings.

4. Stationery and art design: Polypropylene Corrugated Sheet has multi-color, suitable for art design and various pattern box or delicate gift pack.

1. Sample: How could I get a sample?      

Normal sample is free of charge but the air express fee is usually borne by customer;New sample fee is USD150.

Note: we will return back sample fee since you place the order in the future.

2. Price: Could I get your company product price list?          

Sure, please kindly tell us your requested details, such as thickness, color,weight/m2, raw materials request(100% pp or recycle pp material ), end application etc. Later we will offer you quotation at the first time.

 

3. OEM or Custom Order: Could we place order by OEM style to produce our own brand products in your factory?        

Of course you can. Welcome OEM or Custom Order. What you need to do is to send us drawing of your requested style with requirements; We will submit sample for your approval.

4. Payment Terms: How do we arrange payment?   

T/T:Telegraphic Transfer (wire transfer), 50% down payment, balance upon before shipment or against copy bill of lading;

5. Lead Time: How soon we can get the shipment?   

 

We will arrange production since the order and payment are confirmed, we will take 7-15 days to arrange production and book shipping space in advance before goods is ready.
