Principle
Insert the sample cassette into Immunofluorescence Quantitative Analyzer. The detection system will scan the markers and bond zone to gain optical signals, and then analyze the signals to get the concentration of the tested sample. 

Storage
Valid for 18 months under 4-30 °C with aluminum foil bag packing. Once opened, the cassette is valid for 1 hour.

5.Tips
Direction of Use
Allow the test device, blood specimen and/or controls to reach room temperature (15-30C) prior to testing.

a.  Bring the pouch to room temperature before opening it. Remove the test device from the sealed pouch and use it as soon as possible. 

b.  Place the test device on a clean and level surface. Hold the dropper vertically and transfer 3 full drops of blood (approx. 100l) to the specimen well (S) of the test device, and then start the timer. Avoid trapping air bubbles in the specimen well (S). See the illustration below.

c.  Wait for the colored line(s) to appear. The result should be read at 5 minutes.Do not interpret the result after 10 minutes.
