FRP process pipeline
FRP process pipe is well known by its remarkable energy saving, n≤0.0084. Thanks to smooth inwall, the fluid delivery pressure loss is small, so customer can choose smaller size pipe or smaller power delivery pump for the same flow. For long distance delivery, bigger size pipe can save installation charge, reduce thermal insulation charge, cancel anticorrosion and maintenance charge.
FRP process pipe won’t be frost crack under frozen medium. Anti-corrosion
Pressure resistant: shock pressure test is took under 1.5times of process required. Heatproof: -70~250℃
Good insulation performance and can remove static, excellent flame proof feature and can self extinction, anti-flaming, flame repellent, nice transparency even with colorful colors, good thermal insulation properties and can increase heat conduction ability.  
Non-toxic and can be used in drinking water delivery.

Production technology
FRP process pipe adopt the technology of microcomputer controlled fiberglass winding, use high quality UPR(unsaturated polyester resin) as matrix(basal body), alkali-free fiberglass yarn and its forming products as reinforced material, produced to finished products by microcomputer controlled winding process technology.
