Lydorflam 805 is a phosphorus, nitrogen type halogen free flame retardant, contains acid source, gas source, carbon source, taking expand, carbon and expansion mechanism to play flame retarding function.Lydorflam805 flame retardant is free of halogen and heavy metal elements. The flame retardant products with the characteristics of low density, low smoke and other features meet the environmental requirements of REACH, ROSH, etc.

Adding proper amount of lubricant to the mixing process is helpful to dispersion of the flame retardant, and the rubber surface is smooth in extrusion process.
