Warranty After-Sales Service
1. Warranty is 3 years at least. If you need 5 years warranty, price will be higher.
 
2. The quality assurance is based on the proper preservation of the product
3. Damage to the product due to importers’ improper installation ,using, in violation of the product operating procedures, does not belong to the scope of the warranty
4. The damage caused by product itself, 

4.1. If the quantity is small, and damage is caused by product itself, we will send the Product to you for FREE. And for the minor problem, we will send the parts.

4.2. For the large quantity order, we record the sample and all components for each lot. And Once the damage quantity is large, we will check and judge the reasons first, and if problem caused by us, we can negotiate and find a best solustion with you, like: give the commission or discount, send the parts or new products, or even arrange technician to repair in your country ect.
