We use a whole ply-wood board to reinforce the tub bottom. The stainless steel #304 tub support is very solid.The most important is our tech finish is different from other suppliers. We do not need to paint the tub upper edge before polishing for some of our models. Therefore, our tub warranty is almost the same long as the pure acrylic sheet. The other suppliers need to paint before polishing process for all of models. Their tub seamless part(tub upper edge where their workers painting before finish) will fade within 5 years.

4. Freestanding acrylic bathub package

There are three options for package. The first is single packing with strong carton, the most commom packing way for our clients, usually for container order. The second is honey comb package, stronger than strong carton and standard carton but extra pack cost will be charge, also for container order. The third is standard carton package with ply-wood protection, we usually use such package for LCL order.
