During homework, no one is allowed to cross the wire rope of the open and closing machine to prevent accidents.

3. When carrying heavy objects to stay in the air, except using the brake, use a ratchet safe. When operating, do not leave the post without permission.

4. To follow the signal of the conductor at work, when the signal is unknown or may cause an accident, the operation should be suspended, and the operation can be continued after being made clear. A power failure in the operation should open the knife immediately and place the items down.

Load test method:

1. The operating personnel of the hoist must have the structure, performance and operation method of the hoist, and have certain mechanical knowledge to ensure the normal operation of the machine.

Before operation, inspect the machine thoroughly, the lubrication condition is good, and the bolt is loose.

3. When the opening and closing machine is operating, the operator shall not leave the scene and find the problem to stop immediately.

4. When servicing the machine, the load must be removed.

5. When used, oil should be injected with oil hole at any time. Always maintain sufficient lubricating oil. The screw should be used regularly to remove the oil and grease to prevent rust.
