6.Application:Tungsten wire are used to make filaments of incandescent lamps, fluorescent lamps, and halogenlamps,electrodes of HID lamps, heating components, vacuum metalizing coils, and TIG welding electrodes.

White tungsten wire: black tungsten wire after caustic wash or electrolytic polishing. Compared with the surface of black tungsten wire, the surface of white tungsten wire is smooth, bright and clean.White tungsten wire aftercaustic wash is silver gray metallic luster.

Application
 
Mainly applied for coating thin film in making christmas ball, bottle cap, shoe heel, reflection cap, lamp industry etc, as a heater in vacuum metalizing machine.
Tungsten with high melting point, high resistance, good intensity and low evaporation pressure, suitable for making heating element. Placing film material (aluminum, chrome, indium etc.) in vacuum metalizing machine, with high vacuum, the heating element (tungsten heater) will evaporate the film turn into shiny and beautiful film.
