1 Cleaning up section

3 Hulling section

To remove the sesame skin by making use of the friction among the sesame seeds.

4 Separation of skin and kernel section

To make the sesame skin soften by adopting the best soaking technology. To separate the skin and kernel by using the sesame seed huller with  difference between sesame skin and kernel.

5 Dehydration section

To make wet sesame seed dehydration so as to reduce the moisture content of sesame seed.

6 Drying section

To dry sesame seed by the drier. Then to convey finished products to the end products warehouse.

7 Color sorter

To remove the kernels with different colors by computer color sorter.

8 Sesame grading
