1. Q: How could I get samples of your products?

A:We can provide samples if you have a Fedex or DHL account or other courierfreight collectable account and agree to pay the sample cost and

courier freight. Or you send us the samples charge together

with the courier cost by PayPal/TT/Western Union or other available bank account.

We promise if our further order amount meet $2000.00 will return samples fee for building long-term business relationship.

2. Q: How much the courier freight will be for the samples?

A:Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and carton size and your

area. So you have to tell me models you want to order from us and quantity,

then we will calculate the shipping cost for you in the most reasonable way.

3. Q: How can I get your price list of your different items?

Or the package?

A:Yes, you can. We can print your Logo and company name etc in our

products by silk screen printing or laser(base on the products you choose) according to your artwork design, and the

MOQ depends on exact model, some easy to get models require less MOQ,

you can discuss it with us. You can send us the artwork by email in JPG, PDF, AI, TIF, EPS, TIFF, Core Draw formats, etc.

5. Q: What’s your usual payment terms for orders?

A:We accept terms of T/T in advance or Paypal.

For Samples Order: 100% payment before shipment.

For Bulk Order: 30% deposit and balance 70% before shipment.

6. Q: I just want to buy a few pieces of your products for test, is it ok? What would be the MOQ.

A:Sample orders are available, we know most customers care about the quality, so they usually would like to place a sample order for test first. If so, our MOQ will base on the products, also can provide free samples, all details need to further check from us.

But if bulk purchase will get more competitive price.

7. Q: Have you ever exported your products,and if so, to which countries?

A: We exported our goods to everywhere and whoever need them.

8.Q: What is your production lead time?

A: Sample Delivery time: Samples can be shipped within 1-3 working days .

Mass order: 5-10 working days we can delivery(some of it also depends on the products)

9.Q: How long is the guarantee for products?

A: Price and Quality: Our price is competitive in similar field. Own factory

means saving cost. Besides of this, we also ensure our quality. Many certification means our quality. And all products with 6 months warranty. If the

defective rate is more than 3%, we will make up the new one for you.

11. Q: Is it possible to send us free samples, so that we could prove the

advantage of this product ourselves?

A:Samples can be shipped within 24 hours.But as to our policy, you should

pay our sample fees and freight. When you make an order, we will pay back

these fees. As a sincere client, I think you won’t care about these little fees.
