The roll type PE separator:

For this kind of separator, it's widely used in the batteries of industrial mechanics.  Usually, the width of each roll  can be 158mm, 160mm and 162 mm or 118mm,120mm and 122mm (9 ribs car batteries separator) , but with 160mm winning in the most cases. While  the length of each roll is about 1100 meters, and  there are 7 rolls in a package.

The baginning step is a little bit  same to the pocket type. when the formed products finished the last winding process, it needs to be moved to the slitting mechine, during this process, the technicians will set the required width according to customer's requirements.  When all is done, then the roll type will be moved to the the big boxes, waiting for being packaged.
