So it's called Black ginseng in Korea. and the number of its ginsenoside in black ginseng becomes 7 to 30 times comparing to red ginseng's ginsenoside.
For reference, the dried but unprocessed root is called white ginseng. The root that has been steamed and dried 2 ~ 3 times is called red ginseng.
