The Advantages of Aluminium HPD Die Casting:

Below is a list of some of the casting material that is used in our Aluminium High Pressure Die Casting foundry: 
• Dimensional accuracy and stability produces parts that are durable and dimensionally stable, while maintaining close tolerances. 
• Heat resistant and the Strength and weight of Aluminium HPD Die Castings parts are stronger than plastic injection moldings having the same dimensions. 
• Thin wall castings are stronger and lighter than those possible with other casting methods. 
• Aluminium HPD Die Castings do not consist of separate parts welded or fastened together, the strength is that of the alloy rather than the joining process. 
• Aluminium HPD Die Castings parts can be produced with smooth or textured surfaces and they are easily plated or finished with a minimum of surface preparation.
• Simplified Assembly of Aluminium HPD Die Castings provide integral fastening elements, such as bosses and studs. Holes can be cored and made to tap drill sizes, or external threads can be cast.

 Flow Similation

 

For the large and the complex parts, we make the flow simulation for analysis. Dies are designed as 3D solid models.

 

Flow simulation allows aluminium or zinc part and die casting die designers to determine the manufacturability and quality of their designs to avoid potential downstream problems which can lead to delays and cost overruns.

1.Are you a factory or trade company?

-------We are a factory, is a one-stop source for all of your custom aluminum & zinc alloy needs, from initial mold design to full production.

 

2. Where is your factory?

-------Our factory located Shenzhen China, which is a very larger port  and close to Hong Kong. Will be easy to export and import.  

3. What’s your capacity

-------We have a plan to enlarge our capacity.Once we have enlarged the output,you will be noticed here at once.Please keep in touch.

 

4. How to get a quotation?
-------Please send us drawings in IGS, DWG, STEP file etc. Detailed PDF together will be great. If you have any requirements, pleaseremark. We could provide professional advice for your reference.

Sample will be okay if no drawing, then we will build and send you the clear and concise drawing to confirm before quote. Meanwhile, we will keep our promise about the confidentiality of the drawing.
   
5. Which payments can you accept?
-------In fact,we would like to accept almost any payment.Of course the price will be different according to the payment. T/T is preferred. 30% deposit, balance before shipment. 

      

6. How about the packing details?
-------EPE+ Carton + Pallet.

If you have any special requirements, we would be willing to help.

   

7. How can you keep your promise about quality?

-------It is a good question. We have independent quality department to check every step by IQC, IPQC, OQC. If there is any defective items we will take corrective action to ensure elimination of the root cause of defects. When you get the goods and find there is defect after check.We promise to accept your asked return at our cost or provide replacement free.

 

8. When will you ship the die casting units or the T1 sample?

-------Normally, it takes 15-30 business days for the parts and 20-60 business days for the mold after getting your deposit, as the size and design is different. We have a system to ensure the time.

 

9. How to ship?
The sample or small order is usually sent by TNT, FEDEX, UPS etc and the big order is sent by air or sea after clients confirm.
