Our Factory has possessed one set of Manhole Cover Automatic production Line which is the most advanced one in ASIA, able to produce over base sizes ≤1000mm x 1000mm or Dia1000mm， its production output is 120 Sets/hour and 2000 sets/day. we also have one 3000 Square Meters of Hand-molding Workshop, able to produce overbase sizes ≥ 1000x1000mm or Dia1000mm. We have two sets of Five-ton American-made Electric Furnaces, Germany-made Spectrum, all other advanced test instruments, and 20 sets of CNC lathes to machine the contact surface of cover and frame .We can manufacture all sizes of manhole covers with all loading A15, B125, C250, D400, E600, F900, Complying with standard EN124.
