It composed by LZ550-4 straight line wire drawing machine,LT520-8 water tank wire drawing machine and spooler take up machine.  It applied on low ,middle and high carbon steel wire. Inlet wire diameter 6.5mm, the mini outlet wire is 1.6mm. ZG45# steel , coated tungsten carbide, HRC60. Capstan running time more than 26000 hours. The height of the capstan is 280mm. The height of spraying tungsten carbide is 80mm and the thickness is 2mm.It is controled by SIEMENS S7-300 PLC made in Germany. The operation including touch screen, emergency button  ready button, stop button, accelerate button, decelerate button, fault button and reset button. Touch screen is colorful and the brand is Weinview . The yield can be presented on the screen by the meter-counter or weight-counter. The drawing speed can be adjusted on the screen. Speed is 13m/s. It only needs one operator. It has high speed using lower power.
