Product performance:

• The working liquid is special for WEDM, and it has high accuracy property, high efficiency property and high clean property. It can improve the working accuracy and it is 3 times than conventional emulsion. As for the high power, high cutting machine, the speed is 3 to 4 times than normal emulsion. It changed the dirty, wet and mussy phenomenon of the WEDM because of the high quality additives and added reasonable percentage of the cleaning ion agent into the product. So it's better for the environmet of the factory and it can give clean protection to the machine.

1. Anti-rust property: It is adopt for any metal materials. The rust resistance off product is three times than the normal products.
2. Environmetal property: It's made of imported raw materials . The oil is below 30%, the environment pollution will less than conventional oil more than 60%.
3. Long service life: The high quality imported raw materials of product makes the performace more stable. It also can kill various breeds bacteria because of different kinds of bactericides. The PH value is between 8.5 and 9.2 so it's more stable. And it can make the service lifer of the working fluid much longer.

Product application:

• For general condition can be diluted 1:10 to 1:20 exchange water use. The cast iron products don't need to change the working liquid. Only add some original fluid when the color of working liquid comes weak. You must make sure that the PH value of the working liquid is between 8.5 and 9.2.
