6063 Aluminum Sheet/coil is an aluminum alloy with magnesium and silicon as the alloying element. Mingtai Al. delivers customized 6063 aluminum sheet, plate and coil with excellent properties like weldability, corrosion resistance and machine-ability. The mechanical properties of 6063 depend greatly on the temper, or heat treatment, of the material. Commonly used tempers are O, H4, H6, H651, F and etc. The All material from Mingtai Al. is fully certified to ASTM, EN, and JIS. Both MSDS and ROHS are available according to your specific demand.

Features&Application
The aluminum 6063 has generally good mechanical properties and is heat treatable and highly wieldable. The material can be re-heat-treated to restore a higher temper for the whole piece. However it has half the strength of aluminum 6061 alloys. It is typically produced with very smooth surfaces fit for anodizing and often used to make auto parts, architectural fabrication, window and door frames, aluminium furniture, electronic components as well as various consumer durable products.
