A: YES (with your design, shape, size, packing ,etc.)

3.Q:How can I get some sample?
A: We are happy to offer you sample. Samples in stock are free. usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, DHL,TNT OR SF.

4.Q: How long is the sample lead time?
A: For existing samples,it takes 2-3days.If you want your own designs,it takes 5-7days,

5.Q: How long is the production lead time?
A: It usually takes 20-25 days to produce an order from MOQ to 40HQ container. We have large production capacity,which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

6.Q:How does your factory regarding quality control?
A: We have 15 production processes, 9 inspection processes, 5 experienced QC, every mug has its quality assurance.
