Air preheater Application

An air preheater (APH) is a general term used to describe any device designed to heat air before another process (for example, combustion in a boiler) with the primary objective of increasing the thermal efficiency of the process. Air preheater may be used alone or to replace a recuperative heat system or to replace a steam coil.

Enamel air preheater products are classified as following by application

1. Enamel air pre-heater designed for denitration renovation projects 

2. Enamel air pre-heater for circulating fluidized bed boiler and pulverized coal boiler

3. Enameled air pre-heater  for garbage incinerators and biomass boilers 

4. Enameled air preheater  for grate furnaces, like chain grate furnaces

5. Enameled air preheater for gas-fueled boilers, such as kerosene boilers, coke ovens, etc.
