The application of top-mounted positive cam shedding device NPW400B to water-jet loom is pioneered by us in textile industry. The device, with 13 patents and annual productivity of more than 10,000, is sold well among more than 20 countries and regions because of its unique reliable leveling mode and high cost-effectiveness. It’s used as ancillary equipment by quite a lot of water-jet loom manufacturers and it can completely replace plain shedding device.

Our positive conjugated cam shedding devices have been widely applied to various water-jet looms, air-jet looms, rapier looms and so on. They are capable of weaving plain, twist, satin as well as other fabric weaves within 12 weft picks; 147 patterns have been developed for them; stoppage angle can be designed based on respective process requirements of different fabrics. Our devices, with the advantages of fast speed, high efficiency, energy saving and low maintenance cost, are more suitable to wide and heavy fabrics compared with plain looms and other dobby shedding devices.
