Working Principle---Abrasive flow machine uses diamond fine powder,silicon carbide powder or other abrasive mixed into polymer elastic as a soft medium. The machine equipped with a hydraulic cylinder,pumps the abrasive fluid up and down through the inner holes or over the machined surface to achieve surface polishing.   

Application---We have successfully developed machines suitable for two-way abrasive flow polishing,automatic one way circulating fluid,suspended abrasive de-burring,grinding and micro hole finish,and mirror polishing. All has been widely used in the automotive industry,military,aerospace engines,food equipment,mold manufacturing,textile industry,oil and gas valve bodies,3D printing,precision ceramics,electronics and other field.
