This technology is one of most advanced production methods of potassium sulfate--- Mannheim Process method. The core is updated new reaction furnace based upon the basis of dry baking method to produce the potassium sulfate. Under the support of the special equipment, it has resolved the abrasion and the corrosion under the condition of high temperature and strong acid and the process problem of continuous output. Comparing with the same equipment from foreign countries, its outstanding characteristics are little investment, short building duration (four to six months), high atomization, reliable quality, high heating efficient, high output, and environment protective. The design, fabrication, installation, production process, inspection and testing of this whole set of technique and equipment, are completed by ourself.
The productivity of the whole set of equipment is 20,000 tons/year with 24,000 tons of byproduct- hydrochloric acid, it's main structure is two furnaces (one is 10,000 tons) and one set of hydrochloric acid absorption system. The raw material is sulfuric acid and potassium chloride.
