Indoor Air Quality Module FSM-A-003

Overview :

(1) FSM-A-003 is combined with sensor TGS2602 which detects indoor ai quality ,the unit helps user

to increase to understand the sensor and MCU function .

(2)The unit has wide application of air quality detecting and controlling .

1) According to the air quality , the unit has 4 status :

1 .clean , 2.slight polluition ,3.middle pollution, 4.heavy pollution .

2) The demo board (optional) has 4 LED display :

1.Green , 2 .Yellow , 3.Orange , 4.Red

Operation principle :

As TGS2602 can detect the indoor air pollution, like VOCs, NH3, H2S, the MCU process
sensor and temperature signal, and judge the pollution level, and the unit outputs high
level voltage correspond to pollution level. The unit gets to detect and control indoor air quality

FSM-A-003 running LED blinks, the unit is stability phase, the unit does not detect and
judge the air quality in this phase.

2. Running Normal
FSM-A-003 running LED lights all the time, the unit works normally and the unit firstly gets
the air quality value as a result of reference value to judge pollution level after the unit
supplies power 3 minutes. Duty time when MCU process the sensor signal is 125ms, so
MCU can get 8 data every one second, and MCU will process the average of 8 data to
judge the pollution level.
