Brief Introduction:
This coating is made of modified water based resin and imported agent, mainly use water as diluent. It is used to replace traditional solvent based coating, reduce the harm to health from toxic solvent, well solve the problem during transportation and storage. 

Advantage: 
High hardness, scratch resistant, wearing resistant, well impact resistance, excellent adhesion to metal, such as ss, aluminum alloy, greasy dirt resistant, light alkali and acid resistant. 

Operation:
1, Pre-treatment: remove the dirt and greasy dirt on the surface of working piece to keep it dry and clean;
2, Apply: spraying, clean off the spraying gun before applying;
3, Viscosity: if the viscosity is high, pls add moderate water to dilute it(within 5%);
4, Adjust the pressure of spraying gun before using, spray evenly onto the surface, after 2-5mins put it into the industrial oven;
5, Baking: 140℃, 10-15mins(Data adjusted regarding on real situation).
